STS Logistics was established in 1999
The holding currently has over 30 regional offices in Russia, CIS and abroad. There are over 200 employees in the Moscow office of the company whereas the regional force is over 400.
STS Logistics holds membership with many international industrial and non-profit associations and organizations such as:

The E-Service is a key element in the company operations providing 24/7 information access to the company customers. The E-Service provides extensive system customization options and enables tracking of goods and accessing applications, payments and other shipment-specific data.

In 2004 STS Logistics won in the nomination "Company of the Year", and in 2005 it was awarded the title of "Best Forwarding Company" based on the data provided by KIA Center.

In the beginning of 2004 the holding also launched implementation of ISO international quality management standards. By the end of the year the implementation was successfully completed. At the end of 2004 BUREAU VERITAS conducted the final audit of QMS documentation of the Moscow office of STS Logistics conducted and issued the ISO 9001:2000 compliance certificate to the company.
